No physical shipping is required. Once the payment is successfully completed, customers will receive an instant download link or an email with access instructions.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible if the download link is undelivered due to an incorrect or invalid email address.


  1. Refund & Return Policy for Digital Products

Since all products are digital and instantly accessible, no refunds or returns will be provided once the purchase is confirmed.

Refunds are not available if:

The customer changes their mind after purchase.

The customer accidentally purchases the wrong product.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following conditions:

If you did not receive your eBook download link.

If the file provided is corrupted or cannot be accessed.

If a duplicate payment has been made by mistake.

In such cases, we will either:

Re-send the digital file, or

Provide a refund only for duplicate payments.
